已经具备良好的师资结构与人才储备,具备优秀的教学资源条件,其中包括心理学、计算机科学、社会学等跨学科背景的教师多名。拥有副教授以上及博士学位教师占教师团队的40%。极建设师资梯队,坚持“培养+引进”的方式打造高质量的师资队伍。做到学历搭配均衡、职称分配合理、年龄层次匀称,保障团队建设的可持续发展。本专业积极推进教学名师的制度,加强团队骨干教师的培养。注重建设实践能力强的高水平“双师型”专业教学团队,提升教学团队的教学能力、技术创新能力和技术服务能力,满足重点各专业教学需要和行业企业的发展需要。

We have excellent teachers with interdisciplinary experiences in psychology, computer science, sociology and so on. 40% are associate professors or higher-level teachers with a doctor’s degree. By training and introducing excellent teachers, we have fostered a high-quality teaching team with a balanced structure, including education background, title and age, which guarantees the team’s sustainable development. We also strive to train backbone teachers into famous teachers. We will train high-level “double-qualified” professional teachers with strong practical capabilities, teaching capabilities, technical innovation capabilities and technical service capabilities and thus support key programs, related industries and enterprises.

聚焦学科前沿、汇聚优势资源、聚集高层次人才,围绕人才培养、科学研究大力推进平台建设,近年来先后建成“设计技能教育国家级实验教学示范中心”和“广东现代广告创意中心”等国家级平台。建设广东省重点实验室、广东省高校人文社会科学重点研究基地、广东省社会科学研究基地、广东省非物质文化遗产研究基地、广东省协同创新中心、国际暨港澳台合作创新平台、中华优秀传统文化传承基地等省级科研平台16个。充分发挥政产学研协同育人合力,全面提升学校自主创新能力,形成对区域社会经济文化的有效支撑。

We closely follow the latest disciplinary development trends. By gathering superior resources and high-level talents, we vigorously promote the construction of related platforms for talent training and scientific research. In recent years, we have established national platforms such as National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Design Skills Education and Guangdong Modern Advertising Creative Center, and 16 provincial scientific research platforms such as Key Laboratory in Guangdong Province, Key Research Base for Humanities and Social Sciences of Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province, Social Science Research Base in Guangdong Province, Research Base for Intangible Cultural Heritage in Guangdong Province, Collaborative Innovation Center in Guangdong Province, International & Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Cooperation and Innovation Platform, and Inheritance Base for Fine Traditional Chinese Culture. We fully utilize government-industry-university-research collaboration in education to comprehensively improve GAFA’s independent innovation capabilities and effectively support the society, economy and culture.

教学成果

通过质量监控制度及措施的实施,学院人才培养质量持续提高,学生学业成绩稳步提升,综合素质表现突出。近三年,学生参与200多项省级以上的设计比赛,其中国际奖项14人次,国家级奖项有100多人次,省级奖项有100多人次。包揽了包括“德国红点奖”、“IF设计奖”、“美国IDEA奖”在内的诸多奖项。

Through the quality control system and other measures, we keep improving talent training. Our students’ academic performance and comprehensive quality have also been steadily improved. In the past 3 years, our students have joined more than 200 provincial or higher-level design competitions and won many honors and awards in Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award, the IDEA Award and so on, including 14 international awards, more than 100 national awards and more than 100 provincial awards.
