广州美术学院风景园林专业，培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要，德、智、体等方面全面发展，具备风景园林学科的基本原理和基本知识，掌握工程技术、文字图纸表达等专业技能，以及针对本专业要求的规划、设计、艺术创作能力，有一定国际视野、面向未来创新的意识，在风景名胜、环境生态保护、城乡绿化及建设规划、旅游发展、园林及建筑设计、文化传播等领域，能够从事多种形式和多方面专业工作的高水平文化艺术创意人才。
This program strives to train all-round creative arts talents who can meet the needs of China’s modernization, have an all-round moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic grounding, and master the basic principles and knowledge of Landscape Architecture, professional skills such as engineering technology, text and drawing expression, as well as the planning, design, and artistic capabilities. Our students are required to develop a global vision, a sense of future-oriented innovation, and the capabilities to engage in professional work in the fields of tourist attractions, environmental and ecological protection, urban and rural greening and planning, tourism development, garden and architectural design, and cultural communication.
