2026年5月7日，俄罗斯艺术科学院副主席阿列克谢·穆德罗夫一行到我校进行访问交流。广州美术学院副院长蔡拥华，国际交流合作部部长、湾区创新学院院长伍端，美术馆馆长陈晓阳，国际交流合作部副部长万千个，雕塑与公共艺术学院副院长卓国森等参加了座谈会。
On May 7, 2026, a delegation from the Russian Academy of Arts, led by Vice President of the Academy, Aleksei Mudrov, visited Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA). The delegation was received by GAFA Vice President Cai Yonghua, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office and Dean of the Innovation School of Greater Bay Area Wu Duan, Curator of the Art Museum Chen Xiaoyang, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office Wan Qiange, and Vice Dean of the School of Sculpture and Public Art Zhuo Guosen, among others.
座谈会上，蔡拥华对阿列克谢·穆德罗夫一行的到来表示热烈欢迎。他指出，中俄两国艺术交流源远流长，广州美术学院与俄罗斯艺术界交往密切，多次派团访问俄罗斯列宾美术学院。此前，我校还举办了俄罗斯列宾美术学院师生作品展，我校范勃院长亦受聘为列宾美术学院荣誉教授。作为华南地区唯一独立建制的高等美术院校，广州美术学院自建校以来便与新中国共同成长，地处粤港澳大湾区，在学科建设和艺术思想上始终保持开放与活跃。从造型艺术到设计领域，我校紧密结合科技产业发展，走在中国艺术发展的前沿。
During the meeting, Cai Yonghua extended a warm welcome to Aleksei Mudrov and his delegation. He noted that artistic exchanges between China and Russia have a long history, and GAFA has maintained close relations with the Russian art community, including multiple visits to the St. Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts. Recently, GAFA hosted an exhibition featuring works by faculty and students of the St. Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts, and GAFA President Fan Bo was appointed as an honorary professor at the Academy. As the only independent higher art institution in South China, GAFA has grown alongside the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Situated in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the academy has consistently maintained openness and dynamism in both academic development and artistic thought. From fine arts to design, GAFA closely integrates with technological industry development, remaining at the forefront of China’s artistic innovation.
阿列克谢·穆德罗夫对我校的热情接待表示感谢。他表示，近年来中俄关系密切，希望通过本次交流增进双方了解，向中国学习经验。他此次来到湾区、来到广州这一南方文化中心，深感荣幸。穆德罗夫指出，博物馆不仅是收藏艺术作品的场所，更是现代与历史对话的空间，通过藏品体现艺术的发展。他希望未来能够与广州美术学院在更多领域开展艺术交流与合作。
Aleksei Mudrov expressed his gratitude for the warm reception. He emphasized that in recent years, China-Russia relations have grown closer, and he hopes that this exchange will further mutual understanding and allow him to learn from China’s experience. He expressed his honor in visiting the Bay Area and Guangzhou, a cultural hub in southern China. Mudrov also highlighted that museums are not only spaces for collecting artworks but also platforms for dialogue between the past and the present, reflecting the development of art through their collections. He expressed his hope to engage in broader artistic exchanges and cooperation with GAFA in the future.
会后，阿列克谢·穆德罗夫一行参观了大学城美术馆等校内设施。
After the meeting, the delegation visited GAFA’s University Town Art Museum and other on-campus facilities.
