新学期伊始，为帮助同学们尽快调整和进入学习状态、明确新学期学习目标，筑牢安全防线，以崭新的姿态投入新学期校园生活，留学生工作办公室组织在校留学生开展新学期座谈交流活动。

At the beginning of the new semester, in order to help international students quickly readjust to academic life, clarify their learning goals for the new semester, strengthen safety awareness, and embrace campus life with a fresh outlook, the International Students Office organized a symposium for international students on campus.

办公室对全体同学步入新学期的学习和生活送上美好祝福，同时在防诈反诈、宿舍用水用电安全、遵守法律法规校纪校规等方面做了安全教育，进一步强化留学生们的安全防范意识。

During the symposium, the Office extended its best wishes to all students for the new semester in both study and daily life. At the same time, the Office gave a safety briefing including fraud prevention, dorm water and electricity safety, and compliance with laws, regulations, as well as GAFA regulations and disciplines, further enhancing students’ awareness of safety precautions.

会后，同学们参观了校史馆，学习了解学校的历史沿革、办学成果，感受广美特有的文化底蕴。

After the symposium, the Office organized a visit to the history museumof GAFA, where students learned about the GAFA’s historical development and educational achievements, while also experiencing the unique cultural heritage.
