5月10日，由广东海外联谊会、广东省学生联合会指导，“一国两制”青年论坛、内地港澳青年学生之家主办，香港特区政府驻粤经济贸易办事处、广东省高等教育学会港澳台侨学生管理研究分会协办的“大湾区十大杰出港生评选2024-2025”决赛暨颁奖典礼在广州举行。我校跨媒体艺术学院港生谭明丽获选本届“大湾区十大杰出港生”和“公益实践”单项奖一等奖，这也是我校继港生许芝琳获得第一届“大湾区十大杰出港生”以来再次获此殊荣；绘画艺术学院港生李宝宝获选“国际传播”单项奖二等奖和“最佳南沙宣传视频奖”。
On May 10, the final and award ceremony of the "Top 10 Outstanding Hong Kong Students in the GBA 2024 - 2025" was held in Guangzhou, under the guidance of the Guangdong Overseas Friendship Association and the Guangdong Student’s Federation, hosted by the "One Country, Two Systems" Youth Forum and the Support and Development Centre for Hong Kong and Macao Youths in Mainland China, and co-organized by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong and the HMTO of Guangdong Association of Higher Education. Tan Mingli, a Hong Kong student from the School of Transmedia of GAFA, was selected as one of the "Top 10 Outstanding Hong Kong Students in the GBA" and the first prize of the "Public Welfare Practice Award". This is also the second time that GAFA has won this honor since Hong Kong student Xu Zhilin won the first "Top 10 Outstanding Hong Kong Students in the GBA"; Lee Po Po, a Hong Kong student from the School of Painting and Drawing, was selected as the second prize of the "International Communication Award" and the "Best Promotion Video of Nansha Award".
谭明丽努力联系各方，帮助贵州偏远山村听障儿童发挥拍摄天赋，以摄影的方式表达内心的感受。李宝宝通过自己的版画特长，结合生肖文化创作了充分体现中国传统文化的作品，融入到国际传播的视频作品中，向国际传播中国年轻人的声音。两位同学的表现得到了评委们的高度认可。
Tan Mingli worked hard to contact all parties to help hearing-impaired children in remote villages in Guizhou to use their photography talents to express their inner feelings. Lee Po Po used her expertise in printmaking and combined it with the zodiac culture to create works that fully reflect Chinese traditional culture, and incorporated them into internationally disseminated video works to spread the voices of young Chinese people to the world. Their performances were highly recognized by the judges.
“一国两制”青年论坛创办人兼主席、香港特首政策组专家组成员何建宗博士表示，期望得奖学生在未来能继续发挥“大湾区十大杰出港生”的榜样力量，与更多年轻人分享经验，成为内地与香港青年之间的桥梁。
Dr Henry Ho Kin-chung, founder and chairman of the "One Country, Two Systems" Youth Forum and member of CEPU Expert Group, said that he hopes that the awardees will continue to play the role models as the "Top 10 Outstanding Hong Kong Students in the GBA" in the future, share their experiences with more young people, and become a bridge between mainland and Hong Kong youth.
我校历来高度重视港澳台学生的培养工作，举办了丰富的国情教育专题讲座，结合文化传统开展了多形式的国情教育实践活动，培养港澳台学生的家国情怀，增强港澳台学生的国家认同感，助力港澳台学生在融入粤港澳大湾区建设和国家发展的过程中有所担当。
GAFA has always attached great importance to the cultivation of students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. We have held a wealth of special lectures on national conditions education and carried out various forms of national conditions education practical activities in combination with cultural traditions to cultivate their sense of home and country and enhance their sense of national identity, helping them to take on responsibilities in the process of integrating into the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and national development.
