2024年11月21日，阿拉伯联合酋长国哈伊马角政府文教团一行来访。广州美术学院副院长蔡拥华与来宾进行会谈，国际合作与交流处处长、湾区创新学院院长伍端，大学城美术馆副馆长洪荣满等参加了此次活动。
November 21, 2024 , a delegation of cultural and educational officials from the Ras Al Khaimah government of the United Arab Emirates visited Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Cai Yonghua, Vice President of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, met with the guests. Wu Duan, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office and Dean of the Innovation School of GBA, and Hong Rongman, Deputy Director of the University City Art Museum, attended the meeting.
蔡拥华对Natasha Ridge博士一行表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了广州美术学院的历史沿革、学科设置以及近年来的教学和科研成果。他指出，广州美术学院一直是华南地区的重要美术力量，同时也非常注重国际交流与合作，希望通过本次会面交流开启双方的合作，密切交流与互访，加强信息化互动，取得丰硕成果。
Cai Yonghua extended a warm welcome to Dr. Natasha Ridge and her delegation, and introduced the history, disciplines, teaching and research achievements of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in recent years. He pointed out that Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts has always been an important art force in South China, and also attaches great importance to international exchanges and cooperation. He hopes that this meeting will open up cooperation between the two sides, strengthen exchanges and mutual visits, enhance information interaction, and achieve fruitful results.

Dr. Natasha Ridge expressed her gratitude for the warm reception from GAFA and said that she was very happy to come to the beautiful campus of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. She introduced the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, Ras Al Khaimah Department of Antiquities and Museums, RAK Medical & Health Sciences University and American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), and expressed her desire to carry out exchanges and cooperation with Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in cultural and artistic exchanges, joint exhibitions, and exchanges between teachers and students.
会后，哈伊马角政府文教团一行参观了大学城美术馆。
After the meeting, the delegation visited the University Town Art Museum.
