云影收夏色，万物酿秋实，新学年如期而至。为让留学生们以更饱满的精神状态,积极投入到新学期学习中，2024年9月13日，留学生工作办公室为留学生们举办新学期座谈交流活动，及24级新生入学教育。

The clouds are bringing back the colors of summer, and everything is bringing in the fruits of autumn. The new school year is here as scheduled. In order to allow international students to actively engage in the new semester with a fuller spirit, the International Students Office held a new semester discussion and exchange activity for international students on September 13, 2024, as well as the 24th grade freshman entrance education.

交流活动中，同学们分享了假期经历，新学期的课程安排、专业知识学习和即将开展的选课交流，并希望在新的学期有更大收获和进步。新生入学教育从日常管理、教学管理、校内管理和社会管理等方面为新生尽量熟悉、适应在校生活和学习做了介绍和讲解。

During the event, students shared their holiday experiences, the new semester's course schedule, professional knowledge learning and the upcoming course selection, and hoped to have greater gains and progress in the new semester. Freshman entrance education introduced and explained daily management, teaching management, campus environment and social management to help freshmen get familiar with and adapt to school life and study.

留学生工作办公室高度重视留学生的各项管理和服务工作，通过举办座谈会、交流活动、讲座等“开学第一课”作为迎接新学期和全过程适应性教育工作的一贯举措，注重人文关怀，多措并举，确保留学生教育教学各项工作顺利有序开展，全方位提升留学生的培养质量。

The International Students Office attaches great importance to the management and service of international students. It holds seminars, exchange activities, lectures and other activities as "first lessons of the new semester" as a consistent measure to welcome the new semester and the adaptive education work throughout the whole process. It pays attention to humanistic care and takes multiple measures to ensure that all international students' education and teaching work is carried out smoothly and orderly, and to improve the quality of international students' training in all aspects.
