From June 25 to 29, at the invitation of Repin St. Petersburg State Academy Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, and Moscow State Academic Art Institute named After V.I. Surikov. Mu Lin, the Deputy Secretary of CPC GAFA Committee, and her delegation went to St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia fir academic communication. Wu Huiping, Dean of the School of Fine Arts Education, Lei Ming, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, Wang Ge, Deputy Dean of the School of Architecture & Applied Arts, Yu Jiangxi of the Foreign Affairs Office, accompanied the delegation.

6月26日，穆林一行前往列宾美术学院和圣彼得堡国立工业技术与设计大学开展学术交流访问。列宾美术学院院长西蒙·米哈伊洛夫斯基等人热情接待了我校访问团。双方回顾了两校过去在专业展览、工作坊、大师班等方面开展的交流合作，并对两校间的学术交流合作取得的成果表示极大的肯定，希望双方院校携手努力、推动更高水平的交流和合作。我校党委副书记穆林和列宾美术学院院长西蒙就进一步深化交流与合作进行了细致的沟通与探讨，并签署了广州美术学院与列宾美术学院谅解备忘录。我校访问团观摩了硕士毕业生答辩和调研相关工作室建设。

On June 26, Mu Lin and her delegation visited Repin St. Petersburg State Academy Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, and Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design for academic communication. Semen Mikhaylovskiy President  of  Repin and others warmly received the delegation. The two sides reviewed the exchanges and cooperation between the two universities in the past in professional exhibitions, workshops, master classes and other aspects, and expressed great recognition of the achievements of the above activities, hoping that the two universities will work together to promote exchanges and cooperation at a higher level. Mu Lin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC GAFA Committee, and Semen, President of Repin had a detailed communication and discussion on further deepening the exchange and cooperation, and  signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The delegation watched the thesis defense for master’s degree and visited related studios.

同日下午，圣彼得堡国立工业技术与设计大学副校长帕斯图霍夫·阿列克谢·尤里耶维奇和国际融合与教育规划处负责人卡尔波娃·柳德米拉·阿列克谢夫娜热情接待了我校访问团。圣彼得堡国立工业技术与设计大学是俄罗斯最大、历史悠久的艺术与工艺大学，近年来，圣彼得堡国立工业技术与设计大学影响力持续提升，在服装及服装周边设计、平面设计、空间环境设计等专业上有较强的优势。我校首次与圣彼得堡国立工业技术与设计大学建立学术合作联系，双方就工作坊、师生交流等方面进行了交流和合作意向的意见交换。我校访问团走访了学校相关工作室与展览厅。

On the afternoon of the same day, Pastukhov Alexey Yuryevich, Vice President of Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design and Karpova Lyudmila Alexievna, Head of the Department of International Integration and Education Planning warmly received the delegation. Saint-Petersburg National University of Industrial Technologies and Design is the largest university of art and technology in Russia with a long history. In recent years, the influence the university continues to increase, and it has strong advantages in clothing and clothing peripheral design, graphic design, space environment design and other majors. It is the first time for GAFA to establish academic cooperation with Saint-Petersburg National University of Industrial Technologies and Design. The two universities exchanged views on workshops, exchanges between teachers and students and other aspects of cooperation intentions. The delegation visited studios and exhibition halls of the university.

6月28日，穆林一行前往莫斯科访问苏里科夫美术学院。该校校长阿纳托利·柳巴文、副校长斯维特兰娜·金戈娃、国际处负责人伊莲娜·古谢娃、建筑系主任叶卡捷琳娜教授等接待了我校代表团。柳巴文对穆林一行的到访表示热烈欢迎，并诚挚希望籍此出访，共促两校艺术人才的培养。穆林表示，广州美术学院是华南及粤港澳大湾区唯一一所独立建制的高等美术学府，文化积淀深厚，在粤港澳大湾区美术和设计教育领域发挥龙头引领作用，希望进一步深化与苏里科夫美术学院的国际交流合作。双方在教学资源共享、学生联合培养、工作坊等方面深入交换了意见。我校访问团细致观摩了该校建筑系、油画系的课程教学、学生作品展览等，并调研了图书馆、展厅和专业画室等。

On June 28, Mu Lin and her delegation traveled to Moscow to visit Moscow State Academic Art Institute named After V.I. Surikov. President Anatoly Lyubavin, Vice President Svetlana Gengova, Head of the International Department Irina Guseva, Head of the Department of Architecture Professor Ekaterina and others received the delegation. Lyubavin extended a warm welcome to the visit of Mu Lin and her delegation, and sincerely hoped that through this visit, the two universities can jointly promote the cultivation of artistic talents. Mu Lin said that as the only independent higher institution of fine arts in South China and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts plays a leading role in the field of fine arts and design education, and hopes to further deepen international exchanges and cooperation with Moscow State Academic Art Institute named After V.I. Surikov. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on the sharing of teaching resources, joint training of students and workshops. The delegation of GAFA investigated the course of the Department of Architecture and the Department of Oil painting, the exhibition of students' works, library, exhibition hall and professional painting studios.
