专业沿革

专业前身为1999年设置的展示艺术设计专业,是国内最早建立该专业的院校之一,2012年升格为艺术与科技专业,经二十余年教学实践,已形成独具特色的教学体系。未来将精准面向粤港澳大湾区产业集群,深度探索艺术与科学、技术、经济、文化交叉融合的创新性,以艺科融合的跨学科系统整合理念创新办学模式,培养新时代具有国际视野的复合型设计人才。2020年获评省级一流专业,2021年软科中国大学专业排名,广州美术学院艺术与科技专业排名第7。本专业办学地点为广州美术学院大学城校区。

This program can be traced back to Exhibition Art Design program initiated in 1999. GAFA was the first school in China to launch this program. In 2012, it was upgraded to Art and Science. After more than 20 years’ exploration, we have formed a unique teaching system. In the future, we will precisely cater to the industrial cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, deeply explore innovative integration of art and science, technology, economy and culture, innovate the school running model with the interdisciplinary system featuring art-science integration, and cultivate compound design talents with international vision in the new era. In 2020, the program was selected as a provincial first-class program. It ranked 7th in 2021 Shanghai Ranking’s Academic Ranking of World Universities. Courses are now offered at Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center Campus.

本专业面向数字化体验经济时代,突显“艺科融合”的跨学科系统整合创新力,聚焦国家重点发展的高科技产业集群,深度探索艺术与科学、技术、经济、文化交叉融合的创新性,深耕信息交互设计、人工智能、体验设计等领域,立足于粤港澳大湾区放眼全国,联动开展各类产业实验室和工作营等创新教学及实验模式,始终坚持“艺科融合”办学特色,培养新时代具有国际视野和创新精神的高水平复合型设计人才。

In the digital experience economy era, we integrate art and science and cater to high-tech industrial clusters under national key development. To explore innovative integration of art and science, technology, economy, and culture, we devote to information interaction design, artificial intelligence and experience design. Based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we gather national resources and propose innovative teaching and experimental models with industrial laboratories and work camps. Bearing in mind art-science integration unswervingly, we strive to cultivate high-level compound design talents with international vision and innovative spirit for the new era.

培养目标

本专业以交叉学科为学理基础和教学方式,培养具有国际视野和跨学科系统整合创造力的复合型高级设计人才为培养目标。以“系统观”优化课程体系,运用交叉学科学、系统集成等学科理论建构艺术与科技专业基础理论体系和教学法,改善人才培养重点环节,突显“艺科融合”人才培养特色。

We adopt interdisciplinary teaching to train high-level compound design talents with international vision and interdisciplinary integration creativity. We optimize the curriculum system systematically. With basic theories and teaching methods formed based on interdisciplinary science and system integration, we improve key links in talent training and train talents mastering art and science.

Curriculum Design

培养规格

本专业学制四年,总学分:196学分 ,总学时:3124学时。本专业积极开展基层教学改革,开创专业委员会与课程群结合的教学组织架构,目前在校生约300人。本专业在教学上鼓励跨界创新融合,联动工科院校与实验室实行课题研发教学,打造以学生为中心的教学组织和人才培养模式。在日常教学过程中通过平行课程拓展专业边界,构建“日常课程+工作坊+实验实践”的三位一体的培养模式。

This 4-year program sets 196 credits and 3,124 credit hours. We have actively implemented teaching reform at the primary level and created a teaching organization structure which consists of a professional committee and a curriculum group. Currently, we have about 300 students. We encourage interdisciplinary innovation and integration in teaching. Together with engineering universities and laboratories, we implement research and development teaching, and establish a student-centered teaching organization and talent training model. In daily teaching, we break through limitations through paralleled courses. A training model combining daily courses, workshops and experimental practice has been constructed.

课程体系

以系统逻辑为内核轴心,艺术与科技为两翼,构建基础与思维、空间与演绎、信息与转译、媒介与交互、系统与整合五大板块进行课程体系深化改革,以课程思政为导向,建设省部级一流课程,线上线下并重打造金课,推出系列重点教材。 同时,进一步打造系列国际资源融合协同的实验平台,以艺术与科技重点实验室、协同创新中心、联合工作坊等联动机制,形成从“实验组”到“实验班”的实验教学课程体系,拓展创新实验范围和国际化合作途径。

We reform our curriculum from basic knowledge and thinking, space and deduction, information and translation, media and interaction, and system and integration based on system logic, art and science. We have designed first-class provincial and ministerial courses as well as online and offline high-quality courses taught with key textbooks. At the same time, we further build experimental platforms for the integration and collaboration of international resources, and form an experimental teaching curriculum system from “experimental group” to “experimental class” via linkage mechanisms integrating key art and science laboratories, collaborative innovation centers, and joint workshops, so as to expand innovative experiments and international cooperation.

师资队伍学缘结构呈现艺术学、工学、交叉学科学等跨学科交叉趋势,学历结构均衡、职称分布合理、年龄层次匀称,形成可持续发展的有序梯队。注重建设实践能力强的高水平“双师型”专业教学团队,坚持教授“传帮带”机制提升教学团队的教学能力、技术创新能力和服务能力,满足专业教学、科研和行业发展需要。后续将以优化学科建设为目标,突出艺术与科技交叉融合特征,引进与培训教师,培育名师,丰富“双师”团队,强化实践教学与业界发展融合。

Our faculty team consists of teachers with interdisciplinary experiences in art, engineering and interdisciplinary science, with a balanced structure in terms of education background, title and age. This is an orderly team that can develop sustainably. We strive to build a teaching team of high-level and double-qualified professional teachers with strong practical capabilities. Professors “help and lead” other members to improve overall teaching capabilities, technical innovation capabilities and service capabilities of the teaching team and facilitate teaching, scientific research and industry development. In the future, we will optimize disciplinary construction, highlight art-science integration, introduce and train famous and double-qualified teachers, and strengthen the integration of practical teaching and industry development.

教学条件

本专业遵循“通基础、强能力、宽适应”的教育理念,强化实验教学。依托学校的“设计技能教育国家级实验教学示范中心”各类实验室、专业自身的“视觉营销实验室”与实践教学基地,同时改造实验教学空间,引入华为、腾讯等科技创新类企业,建立产学研联合实验室教学机制,开展实践教学合作,推动实验教学环节,由此成为粤港澳大湾区乃至全国颇具影响力的产学研一体化的设计教学群体。

By following the educational concept of “general foundation, reliable capabilities and wide adaptation”, we strengthen experimental teaching. We have set up an industry-education -research joint laboratory teaching mechanism with scientific innovation enterprises such as Huawei and Tencent based on GAFA’s National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Design Skills Education, our Visual Marketing Laboratory, practical teaching bases and experimental teaching venues that we have upgraded to promote practical teaching cooperation and experimental teaching, thus making us an influential design teaching group integrating industry, education and research in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even across the country.

教学成果

教研成果包括省级、厅级科研项目15项,近三年发表论文SCI检索2篇、EI检索12篇、CSSCI 18篇、理论获奖1篇、专利1项。人才培养的针对性和竞争力增强、校企协同育人机制日渐完善,与南汉二陵博物馆、VIVO等多家企事业单位建立共创教学机制。成果入选全国美展及省级以上获奖7项;教学成果获省部级以上创新训练项目和国际红点奖、IF设计奖等各类赛事获奖多项,第46届世界技能大赛商品展示项目广东省选拔赛中本专业学生获得一等奖等。 

Our fruitful achievements include 15 provincial and department-level scientific research projects and 2 SCI papers, 12 EI papers, 18 CSSCI papers, 1 awarded theoretical research and 1 patent in the last 3 years. Our talent training becomes more targeted and competitive and our school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism is gradually improved. We have established co-creation teaching mechanisms with the Southern Han Mausoleum Museum, VIVO and many other enterprises and institutions. Our works have won 7 awards at National Exhibition of Fine Arts and provincial and higher-level awards. Our teaching achievements have won many awards in provincial and ministerial innovation training projects, Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award and other competitions. A student won the first prize in Guangdong Selection Competition of the Product Display Technology Project of the 46th World Skills Competition.
